Chef, Culinary Freerider always looking for sensations in nature or on the plate. he learned to master the art for several years with starred masters, then was a cook on board the Pacific Navy before settling down in South San Francisco. In 2007 he opened a cooking school with Anna “Cuisine Coup de Coeur” in Viroflay (78). A thrill-seeker, he created with Anna and Ben in 2019 a brand of hot sauce “Maison Martin Le Piment Français”. he is also a rugby coach, a fan of snowboarding, surfing, paragliding... and challenges.
